Tim is a chartered mechanical engineer with 10 years background in the naval marine and offshore wind sectors in the UK. His experience ranges from technical design and project / production management to development and assessment of major renewable energy schemes across a range of geographies. As a co-founder and director of 17 Energy, he specialises in project development, engineering and mission topics.

As Project Manager of Viento Azul Biobio, Tim heads up overall project risk, scope, schedule and budget.
